The L2C 2-Day Workshop, July 18th-19th, 2026 | All-Inclusive Skills Weekend
Ever wanted to head into the bush but didn’t know where to start? This weekend is designed to give you the practical skills and confidence to go camping on your own terms.
What You Need to Bring
Because we handle the heavy lifting, you only need to pack the basics:
Your Bedding: A sleeping bag and a pillow (for your own comfort and hygiene).
Your Clothes: We’ll send you a weather-specific list closer to the date, but think layers and sturdy shoes.
Your Curiosity: No prior skills or expensive gear required.
What We Provide
Don’t spend thousands at a retail store before you know what you actually like. Use our equipment first to see what works for you:
The Shelter: High-quality, roomy weatherproof tents.
The Comfort: Camp chairs and site lighting.
The Kitchen: Full cooking kits including stoves, pots, pans, and basic pantry supplies.
The Food: Simple, honest camp meals provided (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner). We keep it practical with easy-to-recreate meals, plus a couple of campfire favourites.
The Experience:
This isn’t just a weekend away; it’s a whole curated workshop where you do the work and build the skills.
Master the Setup: You won't just arrive at a pre-set tent. We’ll teach you how to choose a site, peg it down, and "guy out" your tent so it stays stable and dry in any weather.
Fire-Building 101: Learn safe fire planning, how to get it started, and the basics of managing hot coals for cooking.
Practical Camp Skills: We cover navigation basics, camp hygiene, and "Leave No Trace" practices to keep the bush beautiful.
The Community: Small group sizes mean you get personalised, hands-on guidance from experienced instructors in a friendly, zero-pressure environment.
What You’ll Walk Away With
The confidence to plan and run your own weekend camping trip.
Smart gear knowledge so you only buy what you actually need.
The motivation to get back outdoors more often and explore the best of Australia.
Ready to start your adventure? Bring your sleeping bag and a good attitude—we’ll handle the rest.
